Maintenance Head

Job Description : MAINTENANCE HEAD DRC FOR OIL AND GAS The Head of Maintenance is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the resources and equipment intended for production activities. As part of the continuous expansion of operations, the Head of Maintenance implements a corrective and preventive maintenance strategy on site and manages the teams under his/her responsibility. Key responsibilities include : - Guaranteeing equipment's daily availability and meeting the department's productivity objectives, - Ensuring curative maintenance of equipment and provide expert technical assistance, - Setting-up preventive maintenance programmes, means and resources, - Managing budget dedicated to maintenance, - Making sure that the quality of maintenance services and production activity with regard to HSE instructions With a high degree in engineering or maintenance, you have a minimum of 15 years experience as a Maintenance Manager in an upstream Oil & Gas Company (operator or services Company). A previous experience in Africa is preferred. Fluency in French is mandatory. Expatriate contract
