Construction Manager

Job Description : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SPAIN Construction Manager (Energy) Reporting to the project management, your main responsibilities will be: -Customer relationship, on-site project management, support for contract and subcontract management, project HR management, monitoring and assurance of cash flow. -Establish the planning of the construction work to allow its fulfillment, the sequence of carrying out the different execution works, the necessary deadlines for the delivery of materials and the day-to-day monitoring of the construction work. -Coordinate the monitoring of construction work to ensure that these are executed according to the budget set for them. -Coordinate with the Project Engineering and with the Technical Work Office, different design changes. -Manage the work of the different contractors, carrying out the follow-up meetings necessary to have the day-to-day work of the work perfectly documented, and thus allow the correction of deviations in a timely manner. -Collaborate and coordinate with the rest of the Project Team on site (Safety, Health and Environment, Technical Office, Purchasing, Administration). -Coordinate with the different contractors of the execution and assembly works, paying special attention to possible interferences that may arise. -Identify and make proposals for improvements in execution and assembly procedures. -Take responsibility for the correct transfer of all documentation to the commissioning team. -Ensure the proper administration and security of temporary facilities. -Approve the different Additional Works requested from the different Subcontractors. Requirements: Senior Engineer with at least 12 years of work experience as Construction Director or similar in Combined Cycle projects, thermal power plants, steel industry, industrial plants, refining, petrochemical or chemical plants. Experience in international projects. He will have to bring experience in large-scale projects, as well as in the management of human teams, both in the field and in administration. High level of English is required. Availability for expatriation.
