Project Head

Job Description : PROJECT HEAD INDIA FOR CONSTRUCTION EPC COMPANY n Indian listed MNC, which leases out Heavy construction equipment to Construction, EPC and allied industries. They are currently number one in this segment and amongst the top players worldwide as well. They have grown significantly in the past few years and have a large set up in India. And are looking to hire an operations Head who will report to the MD. Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for: · Leading all Operations, Maintenance and Logistics activities across India ensuring minimum down time of equipment, efficient inventory planning and annual preventive maintenance activities · Managing operational excellence initiatives end-to-end from design to implementation · Providing necessary MIS to Management including costs, down time, targets and other metrics to understand efficiency of operations · Working with Management to set budgets, costs and other targets for high productivity · Managing cost control measures and reviewing budgets across operations, maintenance and logistics for market competitiveness · Implementing EHS guidelines across sites and depots to be filled in timely manner · Leading team of high performers by providing adequate support, opportunities for learning and development, identifying potential leaders, managing and monitoring appraisals Ideally you are an Engineer (Preferably MBA) with 15-20 years of experience, with atleast 5 years in a leadership position. You have excellent Leadership, Motivation, Presentation and interpersonal skills. You have demonstrated experience in delivery of capital projects or led operations in Infrastructure/rental business sectors. · Excellent chance to work in a leadership position handling Pan India operations · Working directly with management of a well-established organization
