Job Description : General Manager & Country Head BAHRAIN Division / Team : Vehicle Sales & After Sales / Allied TBLA Business Reporting : COO Experience : 20+ years in Dealership Operations with exposure to Aftersales & TBLA business in GCC. 5+ years in managing the overall Dealership operations with a minimum volume of 4000+ cars/year & team of 30+. - Objective / Purpose - (Vehicles, After Sales and Allied Business) - The main purpose of this position is to effectively plan, direct and profitably manage the overall Country operations in order to achieve the Company's business objectives. Principal Role & Responsibilities: Business - Principal Sales Volume target - P&L responsibility - Allied Business verticals revenue generation Brand Management - Monthly/Qtr. reviews with COO for feedback & support. - Marketing & Branding visibility for the Company - Principal interaction for increasing Market share Financials - Annual Budgets and Profitability - Cost control and efficient management of resources Customer Management - B2B & Key Customer account management - Maintaining highest CSI index with honesty & integrity Inventory Management - Efficient Inventory planning based on annual budgets. - Order Forecasting with the right product mix Team Management - Develop the organizational structure and team while clearly outlining responsibilities & accountabilities for the team members. - Effective coordination with HQ to devise & implement new business strategies. Additional responsibilities: - Build the Trade-In and Exchange dept to increase additional revenue stream. - Tie-ups with Banks for Retail financing & Insurance companies for additional revenue. - Focus on building the Aftersales business through tie-ups with fleet customers. - Monitoring and upholding company policies as well as Country laws and regulations. - Efficient delegation of responsibilities to the next level of leadership. - Preparing on-time MIS as required by the company and Principals.
