Customer Solutions Manager

Job Description : Customer Solutions Manager- Dubai; Must have over 8 years’ experience with Cloud services (networking, compute, storage, backup, managed services). Proven experience in Project Management and Customer Relationship management. Demonstrated experience and with VMWare, Microsoft Cloud and AWS services (or related services or projects) Great Telco industry knowledge and ability to write and structure project and service reports (Project Management and Service Delivery – SLAs). Must be able to communicate effectively about the project and service delivery to C-Level and Management audience (high level to deep low level technical) Coordination with IT onboarding teams for the cloud delivery and provisioning tasks Coordination of external third parties for additional IT services or technologies as required Responsible for checking SLA compliance after delivery completion Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Mandatory: Project Management and ITIL Certifications Preferred: Cloud certifications, ITIL service management
