Talent Management Director

Job Description : TALENT MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR UAE You play a pivotal role in developing and deploying talent management strategies across the Middle East and Africa region. Your role would entail partnering with different business leaders across the geography, designing and implementing effective performance management and career development programs. including coaching, feedback, mentoring and career planning, global mobility. Monitor and analyze talent metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs. Work on headcount planning strategy, create and deploy monthly dashboard for people analytics, leadership meetings etc. Collaborate with the people experience team, build and maintain strong relationships with the regional and global teams, own the agenda for talent strategies and achievements. You would establish overarching strategic direction, drive execution and foster an innovative environment. Must have: MBA with 15+ years of a career that spans multiple geographies and sectors. Additional qualifications in Organization Design would be a major plus. Strong leadership skills and an enviable track record in designing and implementing performance management systems and you have led on change management initiatives.
