Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO SERBIA FOR INDIAN CO 20+ years experience CFO will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team and senior management in making strategic decisions by providing timely and accurate financial information and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities for the company, with a focus on delivering top and bottom-line growth. Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning and Analysis · Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes · Analyze financial results and trends, identifying opportunities and risks, and making recommendations to management · Prepare and present financial reports to senior management 2. Budgeting and Forecasting · Develop and monitor the annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives · Work with functional leaders to develop budgets and forecasts for their respective areas · Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions 3. Business Performance Monitoring · Develop and maintain KPIs and Sales performance metrics for the company, with a focus on top and bottom-line growth · Monitor and analyze Sales performance against Sales & Production targets, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations to management · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements 4. Financial Control and Compliance · Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls · Manage the month-end close process and preparation of financial statements · Support external audits and reviews 5. Stakeholder Management · Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions to address them · Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including functional leaders and finance colleagues · Support ad-hoc projects and analysis as required
