Job Description : QC MANAGER DUBAI FOR PVC PIPES AND PIPE FITTINGS · Implement Quality Management System as per customers- requirements and business needs. · Dilay inspection has been conduct as per Quality Plan. · Mixing area - Rawmaterial Inspections with formulation. · Fabrication Material Inspection. Material Inspection against Delivery Note. · Verify Percentage of Rejection, Hold , Scrap, Delivery Return. · Stores Rack, Pallatization & Packing Inspection. · Control the FM & Kite Mark approval requirements. · Trading Material Inspection. · Implement Quality Management System as per customers- requirements and business needs. Preferred candidate profile · B.TECH / CIPET (PGD-PPT) with 15 years of Experience. · GCC / African Experience preferred. · Auditing skill accordance to ISO and product Approval requirement. · Testing Skill. · Having skill for manufacturing technique/ Product defect trouble shooting. · Customer complain solution and management. · Technical issue sort-out and solution. · Test Report and other necessary record for easy work flow. · Identify the cost of cost of quality and degree of quality. · Verify the product quality on time.
