Job Description : Divisional Manager- Press Tools Design - THAILAND Leading OEM in Auto Sector Role: With strong background of Automobile industry, particularly in developing strategies for Body, Chassis & Vehicle sheet metal part stamping dies design. Engineering Function. Strong track record for imitating business growth, and strong insight into industry competitor’s product technologies. He should have entrepreneurial flair, and hunger to achieve and grow. JOB DETAILS-: Lead –Stamping Dies Design of Body, Chassis & Vehicle Sheet Metal Parts. Ø Leading the team of stamping dies design engineers & providing technical solutions with concept design for process and dies design for all in-house parts of New Product Development, and of existing product improvement. Ø Executing projects by planning, allocating the designs. Monitoring & approving the design for in-house planned dies, & by approving the stamping dies design for outsourced dies. Ø Providing engineering support and solutions for dies planned through various sources. Ø Troubleshooting entire technical issues pertaining to performance part quality proving & performance of dies at various locations. Ø Review, approve & release the dies designs which are planned to be made in Tool Room. Ø Need to provide proactive support to the Tool Room during manufacture, try out & proving for resolving quality issues. Ø Interact with Managers/Engineers to define targets & to monitor output during daily reviews. Ø Designing the dies for the external customer orders based on their press line, interacting with them & obtaining the process & dies design approval. Ø Guide the team & plan continual /cost savings improvements. Ø Analysis of R.M. standards and sequences to make excellent quality. Job Description - - Rich experience of stamped part process, dies design & part proving. - Leadership capabilities and good at Interpersonal Skills - Knowledge of Automotive Technologies, forming technologies. - Understanding of customer needs requirement - Project Management - Product Engineering for stamped parts. - New Product Development - Change Management Candidate- BE/ ME (Auto/Mech) with 20-25 years of experience in Automobile or Manufacturing companies, of which minimum 12-15 years should be in the Sr. Leadership cadre in the above activities.
