Job Description : RETAIL SHOP MANAGER GHANA They are specializes in waterproofing, concrete repairs, epoxy floor coatings, geotextiles, construction chemicals, door hardware & accessories and bathroom accessories. Job Profile: - · Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff managing budgets · Maintaining statistical and financial records · Dealing with customer queries and complaints · Overseeing pricing and stock control · Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so · Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation · Preparing promotional materials and displays · Liaising with head office Desired Candidates: - Any graduate with 10 yrs. experience in Retail Industry of which atleast 2 yrs. as a Retail Store Manager (preferably in the Company dealing with Construction Products / Building Materials) Africa Experience preferred.
