Job Description : HDPE PIPLE PLANT MANAGER TANZANIA Job Location Tanzania Job responsibilities 1. To lead manufacturing unit set up, assist in the procurement of required plant machineries & components, participate in inspection & testing of machineries and raw material, supervise factory set up and ensure successful launch of production 2. Supervise day to day plant machineries (extruders) operations ensuring optimum output as per approved production plans 3. Supervise and maintain performance of machineries and ensure continuous operations through advance arrangements of adequate tools, accessories and spares 4. Supervise production and quality of the product to ensure best quality products as per company quality manual 5. Supervise manpower deployed at the factory 6. Supervise stock of raw material and products storage 7. Supervise and maintain Lab facility for product testing, conduct product testing to meet the quality standard compliances Preferred candidate profile 1. Minimum 10 years of similar experience as Plant operator in HDPE pipe extrusion manufacturing unit 2. Experience of setting up atleast one new HDPE pipe manufacturing unit 3.
