Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO NIGERIA FOR MANUFACTURING AND TRADING 25+ years experience This role is for a growing organization having both trading and manufacturing activities in West Africa for close to 2 decades Key Responsibilities : - Design the route map to streamline the businesses and lead the team of Unit Heads and Finnace Controllers - Develop/upgrade and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders. - Directly participate in the activities pertaining to imports, exports, and logistics - Lead Banking, Forex, and overall cash flow management - Oversee the development and execution of financial strategies to support the growth of the business. - Identify and assess financial risks and develop risk management strategies. - Drive cost efficiencies across the business - Provide financial analysis and insights for Top management - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and tax laws. - CA/ MBA Finance/CMA with exposure to handling business operations of multi-locational product-based midsized organizations is desired. Exposure to both manufacturing and trading is ideal. Nigeria experience will be most preferred
