Job Description : CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER KSA to work with a market leading food manufacturer in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Articulates the company’s mission, vision, values and strategy in a clear and concise way that can speak to customers and employees at all levels · Develop and lead corporate-wide initiatives and strategy, to design and implement new world class processes and systems, for both today and the future · By incorporating market insights and corporate culture, be the key leader in deploying the company's strategy in the change management and transformation strategy · Collaborates with senior management in the development of short and long term plans · Responsible for financial evaluation and modeling of potential opportunities/risks of new markets, licenses, or product offerings as well as exiting categories (comparable analysis, financial impact analysis, etc.) · Creates actionable goals that make it possible to turn that mission into tangible results · Assesses the company’s many different projects from the products, down to the daily administrative activities, to make sure they align with the company’s goals · Analyzes the success of products, projects, and activities · Manages economic and financial viability of the company by using management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies · Communicates the company’s official stance on its mission to external sources and internally to all personnel · Develops new business opportunities by leveraging contacts, pursuing new product development, and improving project efficiency · Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations · Establish and drive organizational alignment with corporate goals through operational KPIs and governance · Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to evaluate · Manage a team; responsible for hiring, coaching and developing with positive engagement and provide direction and feedback to ensure development of team members. KEY INGREDIENTS · Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience within the FMCG, ideally Food and Beverage industry · Mature markets experience, Western markets experience with an understanding of emerging markets, like the Middle East · Experienced in delivering long-term strategies to a Board of Directors · Taking a business from good to great in line with best in class systems, processes and people · Corporate Performance experience · Effective leadership style with the ability to influence across all levels · Ambitious, dynamic and passionate mindset with high energy to complement the current.
