Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : SCM DUBAI We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager for planning, implementing and monitoring company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and procurement operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: *Directs and coordinates supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs *Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand. *Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality. *Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing and finance. *Negotiating contracts with suppliers *Working on forecasts and inventories, *Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns *Improving the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process that can be brought about *Implementing new technologies and staying alert to new trends in the sector. *Focus on OTIF (On Time in Full) Requisite Education and Experience: *Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics *Certification - CIPS, CSCM, CSCP *5+ years as Supply Chain Manager / Procurement Manager - Preferably in Same Industry / Non FMCG Industry *Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques *Proven ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of materials.
