Human Resources Director

Job Description : Director of HR in Saudi Arabia with SAR 80K to SAR 85K Package . The ideal candidate will have previous experience in shared services, a proven track record of successful HR management, and a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape. A degree in a relevant field is essential for this role. Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the HR division, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters. • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies. • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. • Develop and implement employee development and training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce. • Manage employee performance evaluations and talent management initiatives. • Oversee employee relations, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise. • Collaborate with other departments to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive data-based decision-making. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes. • Maintain a strong employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Previous experience working in a shared services environment is essential. • Proven track record as a Director of HR, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region. • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour laws and regulations. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment. • Results-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
