Technical Operations Head

Job Description : TECHNICAL OPERATIONS HEAD MUMBAI 20-25 years experience Responsibilities :- Managing entire technical aspects of various plant at Pan India level based at HO for FMCG- Providing Technical support through team related to production, maintenance and manufacturing supportInstrumentation & Control :- Executing process measurement, control instrumentation & services to monitor, record & optimize manufacturing processes, also configuring and programming various plant equipment- Managing various interlocking schemes required for automation and analysing all drawings related to automation & control including electrical drawingsOperations & Maintenance :- Performing functions of troubleshooting & breakdown / preventive /shutdown maintenance for bringing down process control instruments- downtime to a minimum level- Preparing maintenance schedules, conducting regular calibrations to ensure performance capacity of various process control equipmentInstallation & Commissioning :- Managing overall activities pertaining to installation and commissioning of a wide range of state of art technology PLC systems and other process plants on control systems- Conducting inspection tests for selection of engineering material and development of automation software as well as determining the effectiveness of the equipment / plantsReporting & Documentation :- Maintaining all the CMMS/SAP documents for Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance schedules, and cost line of R&M Budget.- Assisting Manager in formulating budgets (power & fuel), documenting procurement of inventory/spare parts & ensuring quality for the same.
