Job Description : GM IMPORT /EXPORT MP, INDIA Location : Satna (Madhya Pradesh) Company : (well known manufacturing company) As discussed kindly find below information which will give you an idea of role and responsibility but not limited to this only- Qualification-B.Tech Mechanical /Industrial/Electrical Relevant Industry-Heavy or Medium Engineering Industry -10 - 15 years in Heavy or Medium Engineering Industry, having thorough knowledge of Export/Import documentations, handling all logistics requirements (Sea/Air/Surface), interface with Agents, Customs and Government Departments. Managing export & Import shipment clearance, Documentation and Licensing. Monitoring complete commercial Documentation (pre & post shipment) for Export & Import shipments in compliance with statutory regulations, like Customs, Foreign Trade Policy. Planning dispatches of Material as per priorities & arranging Trucks, Containers for stuffing & dispatch of material and further ensuring timely shipment clearance and rail-out etc. Liasoning with DGFT/CLA and various Export promotion council etc. Supervising interaction with Government Depts. and regulatory authorities for obtaining Export Incentives Tracking of Cargo from the place of port of loading to till it safely reached destination port. Keeping Track of the all export shipments and ensure Container shipped on board on planned vessel or immediate vessel. Ensure timely submission of documents as per RBI guidelines to bank for Issuance of Bank Realization Certificate (BRC) and keep tracking of BRC l in DGFT site for availing incentives and ensuring no shipping bill will appear in ED PMS list. Coordinating with Banks, Customs, Insurance co., Clearing & Freight Forwarding Agents to ensure smooth trade. Checking & Processing bills of CHA, Freight forwarders, Inspections Agency, Transporter & others and co-ordination with finance to ensure timely payment to Service providers.
