Workshop Head

Job Description : Workshop Head Trucks Location: Tanzania Salary 5000 -7000 USD Plus accommodation and other expat benefits Role : Improvement in workshop processes and infrastructure. Maximum utilization of available facility and resources and to achieve high productivity. Handling complaints and resolve complex issues. Enhancing workshop. AMCs and service. Responsible for CSI, ISO& HSE Audits and analysis. Review of monthly P & L and set action plans as needed. trainings and technician/engineers trainings . Interactions with principals and participating in regular meetings at all forums. Handling technical and commercial issues . Driver trainings Implementation of service campaigns. Repair time analysis for each & every jobs conducted on vehicles. Selling soft products of aftermarket like service agreement, technician sale & parts agreements. Warranty & SA claims monitoring. Develop workshop layout as per specification. Manage MIS and Reports like Warranty, Cost Analysis, Job Card Analysis, Handle with all service related reports like PDI report, Transit claim report, Product feedback report, Daily Service report, FFR, Warranty report . Assist in component sourcing and vendor management. Prepare & present technical status reviews. Liaise with the suppliers and contractors . Must have experience into similar heavy vehicles only on a similar role . 2 / 3 wheelers and 4 wheeler Car experience in such role will not be the correct fitment for this role so please avoid.
