Job Description : EXECUTIVE MANAGER — TEA & COFFEE PLANTATIONS We are looking for two Executive Officers (for Tea and Coffee) to provide managerial and technical expertise across our s farms across Ethiopia. The chosen candidate will oversee and direct the entire coffee or tea function of the companies. Direct, monitor and control the coffee or tea crop selection, inputs, application and develop and implement better planting, cultivation and harvesting techniques that improves coffee or tea yield. Requirements: • Bachelor or post Graduate degree in Agriculture, agro-economics, agronomy and related fields. • More than 10 yrs of professional experience in coffee or tea. • Relevant certification in related fields. • Results orientated • Good oral and written communications skills.
