Job Description : Manager – Finance & Accounts Industry: Ceramics Manufacturing Location: Cotonou, Benin ? Analyze the project budget and identify variances to suggest measures for better control and improvements. ? Develop suitable policies, processes, authorizations, systems, and controls pertaining to the finance and accounting department. ? Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as the consolidation of accounts. ? Ensure the maintenance of precise books of accounts, financial entries, and reconciliations. ? Generate timely reports and ensure timely closure of books for management review.
