Job Description: To manage, direct, and implement IT operations for the organization, with a focus on Microsoft 365, business optimization, software solutions, and user training. This role is responsible for maintaining the stability and efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and fostering the digital skills of the workforce to leverage IT solutions to their full potential. Develop and implement IT strategies aligning with organizational objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's degree preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration; certification(s) a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to explain IT concepts to non-technical audience. Experience of at least 8-10 years
