Job Description : GM VIETNAM ( EXPATS ALLOWED) A leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City is looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager. This role is a critical leadership position, responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing operational capacity to solidify the reputation for world-class delivery performance. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by cultivating strong customer relationships and employing Sales Excellence techniques Align the operation's manufacturing strategy with the business's commercial strategy, effectively utilising a global supply base of internal and external suppliers to meet business objectives Prepare the annual budget, business plans, and strategic plan for the site Oversee product development to meet customer requirements Manage the people resource through best practices, employee appraisal systems, compensation and benefit programs, communication systems, and performance management techniques More than twenty years experience out of which at least five years of experience in similar role Engineering background with strong commercial sense Strong leadership Experience with manufacturing and machining
