Job Description : COO TANZANIA A leading & diversified group, this role is for their Lead Recycling Plant Job Profile: Serving as Profit Centre Head for handling operations, top & bottom line profitability, thereby ensuring optimal utilization of resources Procurement of raw material from national and international market. Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in cost saving Developing & maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for revenue Expanding revenue base in the market and formulating & executing industry benchmarked management strategies Preparing operational and capital expenditure budgets and controlling expenses, thereby assuring finances and smooth flow of various parts & raw materials Creating business policies & executing effective plans, including P&L structures to assure achievement of agreed to volume & profit objectives Evaluating new projects and conducting feasibility studies to determine the viability based on technical, financial & economic parameters with a team of respective specialists Working with a team of Technical Personnel and preparing detailed engineering, procurement/contracting and construction management plans Desired Profile: Candidates having 10+ years of experience in Lead Extraction or Recycling Operations or Manufacturing Operations Must be a leader with knack for details and ability to independently spearhead operations Thorough understanding of procurement of raw material locally and from international markets Technical understanding on the ways to achieve higher extraction while recycling Should be good at oral and written English Be ready to commit long term Compensation: Net Savings $2000-$2500 pm + Food + Accommodation + Car + All Expat Benefits
