Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO IRELAND An real assets investment group with a focus on infrastructure, real estate and renewable energy is seeking a CFO to join their fast growing organisation. In this fast growing group, automation, resource management and a hands on approach is required. Developing a highly talented finance team over the next 12 months, you will gets hands on with reporting processes and team development, achieving Independence and autonomy of risk, governance and reporting. You will also be a very visible and value add member of the investment strategy and fund raising activities. This involves Investor roadshows, marketing document reviews, due diligence, investor negotiations, fee structuring and strategy. You will be a key business partner in defining long term vision and a true leader of a highly trained finance team, building value on the commercial end and enhancing process on the inside. As you develop the reporting team, the majority of your time will move towards commercial activities. Experience needed: Tax structuring (deal advisory) Previous financial reporting experience in PLC environment Track record of achievements in a complex group Investor aware and commercially minded Ability to influence at all levels. Private equity or active investments experience- particularly in real estate, energy and infrastructure
