Human Resources Director

Job Description : HR DIRECTOR VIIETNAM ( EXPATS ALLOWED) You will reporting to the Managing Director and responsible, comprising but not limiting to overall human capital management and development activities within the business. The position is expected to provide sound people & culture related advice and guidance to the unit’s management team in strategic decision making to achieve business objectives. Responsible for human capital agenda for local unit headcounts and provide leadership to guide and develop the people & culture team Develop, manage, and direct unit people & culture function, with the objective of delivering the human capital agenda Ensuring right resources and competencies in the respective department. Initiation of succession planning and employee development program. Function as the People Business partner to Managing Directors and Directors in unit Primary lead to drive people performance culture in unit Primarily the custodian of unit HR policies and procedures To manage communication effort/activities to educate the workforce on company values, and appropriate work behaviours in the organisation To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English. University Degree and above, preferably with HR or business management related major Minimum 20 years of experiences in human capital management Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in creating and managing HR policies and procedures Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in talent management, talent development and succession planning processes and programs Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in partnering with and supporting senior management team preferred
