Job Description : Head of Technical Sales & Service ( Industrial Inverters , UPS & Solar Solutions) @ Nigeria Our client is reputed Group of 40 years standing & has taken a leadership position in the west African region (mainly in Nigeria & Ghana). The group services its customers through vast network of retail sales & service centers in the region. Groups Green Energy Division offers end to end solutions, best in class products & services customized to operating condition. The group represents global industry leaders in Standby power technology, in solar, solar hybrid, UPS & inverter segments. The group has a nationwide network of service facilities manned by qualifies engineers/technicians who have been factory trained to assess customer requirements, diagnostics, testing & repairs of power equipment. They are urgently looking for , for Head of Technical Sales for Power Solution Division . This is a senior level position requiring a high skill professional & capable of heading sales & after sales responsibilities Qualification & Experience · Engineering Graduate in Electronics / Electrical engineering with 15 + years relevant B2B experience in African &/or Indian Subcontinent. · The candidate must have sound technical knowledge of Industrial Inverters (not home inverters ) & large capacity UPS used in Critical Data Management. . · Should have on hands experience in equipment selection & specifications & must have handled project estimation, commercial offering & end to end execution. · Development of contacts for large scale utility projects, following up with Govt bids/tenders, liasing & applying to them could form a significant responsibility. Job Description · Grow the business of large capacity UPS , Industrial Inverters & solar rooftop/captive power projects. · Organize & lead support of technical issues with customers & potential clients · Identify new key account & maximize business scope with key accounts; · Establish business relations with customer engineers in the respective industry; · Work closely & independently for equipment selection & specifications & must have handled project estimation, commercial offering & end to end execution. · Able to conduct market analysis, identify new opportunity & assist engineers to right product fitting market requirement · Analysis of Competitors products · Inquisitive & open to new innovation & technology; · Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational & priority skills; · Independent, highly achievement driven & a team player; · In possession of driving license, willing to travel; · Able to discuss & communicate technical details across the levels · Generating business leads, prospecting, following-up & closing the deal for solar rooftop/captive power projects.
