Job Description : R&D Head/NPD Head -AVP/VP. Ex- 15-20 years of total work experience with reputed organizations in similar product line. CTC - 90L -1.5cr • Should have an experience of min 15 years in new product development and at least 8-10 years in a senior management role in the department B. Tech Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Engineering College or University Functional Skill : > Good Functional knowledge of LPDC and GDC Technology > Product Simulation (Magma, Flow , 3D) Tool & Die Design > DFMEA, FMEA & APQP > Aluminum Die Casting and Process Control > Sand Core process and Sand Technologies This position is for the New Product Development components for ICE Engine & Power train , EV product line, Structural, cylinder heads & Safety critical components. • End to End development of product and processes in line with customer specification, design ,3D models within agreed cost & time frame. • Constantly scan the market to keep abreast of market trends and customer needs and come up with products in line with the customer requirements. • Undertake NPD initiatives to develop more efficient and cost-effective processes for existing product portfolio as well as new products. • Must keep abreast of latest technologies and identify new techniques/processes which can improve business efficiency. • Oversee and lead specific design and development initiatives, which may include • Make sure the NPD lab is equipped with the hardware and personnel to meet future growth objectives of the organization. • Responsible for inducting the future technology in foundry considering the changes taking place in industry. • Responsible for implementing low-cost automation in plant and help plant to reduce the man dependency in critical process. • Regular review & audit of existing SOP’s which is in line with manufacturing processes to arrest and control quality and rejection parameters.
