Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER CAMBODIA FOR PHARMA Responsible for ethical promotion of all the registered products of WMPL & MMPL . Responsible for ROI. To ensure 100% ach. of budget through the allocated team of RSM's/ DSM's and PSR's respectively. To ensure professional relationship/ coordination with the concerned Business partner / Distributor . To ensure on the job training/ scientific /compliance training to all field members. To ensure max business with minimum of resources . To ensure profit with growth in business. Desired Candidate Profile - 1. Graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences and should not be more than 45 years of age. 2. He should possess excellent communication skills & personality. 3.
