Job Description : RISK AND CONTROLS DIRECTOR UK a large multi national organisation, based in Warwick, is recruiting an Risk & Controls Director. . You will be responsible for coordinating the organisations Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) approach and testing; including liaising with internal / external auditors and other assurance teams, you’ll provide assurance to the company Demonstrate detailed knowledge of PCOAB requirements, business, and financial reporting processes Good working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP GRC tool highly desirable Experience in leveraging technology (e.g., RPA, CCMs (continuous controls monitoring) to improve overall control environment will be highly desirable Experience of a regulated utility environment will be plus Detailed experience of implementing and managing ongoing compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) Good working knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana Detailed experience of implementing and managing ongoing compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Ability to set and manage customer
