M & A Manager

Job Description : M & A MANAGER UK This is a newly created role in the U.K which will be reporting directly into the CFO. This is a rare opportunity to really own an M&A strategy where you will be responsible for the identification, sourcing and execution of investment as you support the group with their acquisition strategy. Leading the way in transaction execution and M&A best practice, this is a critical hire for our client as they look for someone who can really add value to the M&A process. Key accountabilities and responsibilities include: - Identifying, sourcing, and evaluating M&A and other investment opportunities that are aligned to the strategic direction of the group - Execution of Corporate Strategy through transactional expertise, including valuation, deal structuring and negotiation - Project manage M&A deals to ensure that due diligence projects are executed effectively and efficiently - Undertake financial reviews, investment appraisals, putting business proposals together and providing recommendations to the C-Suite - Undertake financial due diligence on acquisition targets and other projects, including the gathering and presentation of data - Work closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure key information is provided concisely. Ideally, the successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA or Equivalent) with circa 10 years M&A exposure and experience who can work efficiently and effectively to identify acquisitions and close them quickly. Package on offer for this role is circa £90 - £100k + leading benefits package
