Job Description : GM PLASTIC PACKING FACTORY QATAR Lead and manage all aspects of the plant's operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve overall performance. - Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets. - Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee development. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication. - Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards. - Minimum 18 years of experience in a managerial role within the plastics manufacturing industry. - Strong understanding of plastic packaging production processes and industry best practices. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse workforce. - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is preferred, with priority given to Qatar residents.
