Job Description : HR DIRECTOR THAILAND Due to future expansion plans, the HR Director will play a key role in the HR team’s continued development and success in its office. This role is for a HR expert who will be responsible to maximise workforce planning through quality recruitment, employee training and development, succession planning and employee retention in order to maintain the company standard. To provide the Executive Committee and Head of Department with sound Human Resources advice and execute effective human resources management To maximise the golf club’s workforce planning through quality recruitment, employee training and development, succession planning and employee retention in order to maintain standards To manage human resources data for the golf club and track the effectiveness of all systems and programs To advise General Manager on strategic issues related to human resources To succeed in this role, you must be able to understand the business, build positive relationships with managers and employees, and create a positive work environment. A minimum of 15years human resources experiences in hospitality/tourism /retail or any service related business At least five years in luxury or 5 stars hospitality industry is preferable Good communication skills and fluent in English
