Experience: Need to have 15-18 plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources Positions. Age between 34-45 years. Preferably from Integrated Security / FM / Allied Services Industry Specialized: Employment Law, Compensation, Organizational Planning, Organization Development, Employee Relations, Safety, Training, Preventive Employee Relations, HR Strategy. Key Performance: Recruiting and Staffing, Organizational and Space Planning, Performance Management and improvement systems, Organization development and support Board of Directors in Company’s Process, Employment and Compliance to regulatory concerns, Employee Orientation, Development and Training, HR Policy Development and Documentation, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits administration, ISO Implementation, Employee Services and Counselling, Strategic Overview of the HR Vertical, Formulating Company’s Future, HR Technological Platform.
