Job Description : HEAD OF DATA ANALYTICS SYDNEY AUSTRALIA $220K-$260K + Super Spearhead Advanced Analytisc Strategy Hybrid Working Envirnoment What we're looking for: A strong background in Strategy Consulting, ideally ex McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Co etc) with a focus on Analytics/AI Hands-on end-to-end Technical Data experience Experience leading enterprise level analytics strategy and working with C-suite stakeholders to discover and implement advanced analytics use cases. A passion for developing and empowering teams, creating an environment conducive to personal and professional growth. What you'll be doing: Designing end-to-end analytics strategy Shaping problem statements and quantifying benefits Partnering with business stakeholders to ensure strong engagement and understanding of strategic priorities, roadmaps, benefits, and financials. Advocating for the use of data, analytics, and insights to solve customer, team, and business problems.
