Regional Sales Manager 

Job Description : RSM WEST AND CENTRAL AFRICA Regional Sales Manager for a leading pan-African international group in the steel industry. The company specializes in producing and distributing steel products and has a strong presence in Western and Central Africa. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to oversee the sales of our products in this region, provide ongoing support for product distribution, drive profitable sales, and lead a large sales team. · Develop and implement the organization's overall sales strategy for the assigned geography, product line, and market segment. · Identify and engage with potential customers, obtain orders, and establish new accounts through effective planning and organizing of daily work schedule. · Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to determine market prices and stay updated on product pricing. · Prepare pre-qualification documents and ensure compliance with bid/project requirements. · Build and maintain long-term, reliable relationships with customers. · Analyze market trends and customer demands to develop marketing concepts, business plans, and strategies. · Adapt business models to align with market needs. · Support marketing processes of the African subsidiaries. · Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules. · Master's degree in engineering or business administration from a reputable institution. · Extensive experience in the Central and West African region, with a strong understanding of the cultural contexts and knowledge of international trade, particularly in the steel market. · Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product data for projects or customers. · Fluent in both English and French. · The position can be based in any subsidiary of the group (Ivory Coast, Angola, Ghana, Senegal, Democratic Republic of Congo, etc...)
