Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER COSMETICS BARCELONA SPAIN Manage, control and improve the production of the different sites, with the aim of ensuring the goals of effectiveness, efficiency and quality of service set by management. functions Design of the production operation and review of it. Coordinate activities, personnel and other resources through production managers at the sites. Recruit and manage floating resources. Machine maintenance planning. Design, plan and execute training plans and incorporation of new personnel. Establish KPIs and ensure their corresponding compliance Ensure compliance with established processes and protocols. Submit sites to periodic audits regarding compliance with manuals, procedures and work protocols. Promote continuous improvement in all company sites. Optimize the layout, processes and protocols. Identify and implement "best practices". Supervise the start of machines. Requirements Industrial engineering degree Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar position. Experience managing teams. Planning and organization skills. Internal/external customer orientation.
