Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER PHARMA BARCELONA SPAIN An excellent Project Manager CMO role has become available in an international company based in Barcelona. Main Role: Responsible for leading the Global Pharma Strategic Sourcing category of Bulk, searching and selecting alternative CMOs, following up the market situation, negotiation of prices and conditions of the commercial products as well as the new prices and conditions resulting from a new transfer, in order to support the Global Supply Chain team to secure the company's supply chain at an optimized cost, implementing the global Procurement strategic goals and procedures on global level. Roles: - Responsible for market screening and CMO selection, leading the tendering process for the introduction of any new formulator CMO - Leading the negotiations of unit prices and conditions with the CMOs. - In charge of contract negotiation and contract coordination with the suppliers and supply agreements - Building and keeping a strong business relationship with our suppliers. - Follow up the global market of the different raw materials in order to anticipate potential price increases and identify potential price improvements - Collaborating with the different teams of the company with the annual budget elaboration as well as the 5 years strategic plan - Attending to fairs related to the Pharmaceutical Business as well as commercial visits (willing to travel 30-40% around Europe) Required Studies: -Bachelor degree in Life Science -Languages: English C1/C2 Professional Experience: - Experience with GMPs and Regulatory Affairs environments - 15 years experience in Procurement - 15 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in an international environment
