Job Description : PROCUREEMENT TRANSFORMATION MANAGER ABU DHABI In the role of Procurement Transformation Manager, you will collaborate with the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to devise and implement a comprehensive strategy for procurement transformation, encompassing the establishment of a corporate procurement entity, facilitation of category management, process optimization, seamless OpCo collaboration, and impactful cost savings. Proven Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated success in facilitating procurement transformations, centralization efforts, and implementing category management strategies. Industry-Targeted Proficiency: Extensive background in procurement and supply chain management, particularly advantageous within the chemical industry or related sectors. Effective Negotiation and Leadership: Strong negotiation and contract management competencies, coupled with leadership skills for leading cross-functional teams, driving organizational change, and fostering successful supplier collaborations.
