Job Description : HR HEAD PAN INDIA 30+ years experience Formulate human resources strategies and initiatives to maintain and attract talents within the organization and supporting company growth Improve the Talent Acquisition structure and Human Resources Planning Manage the Group's Operations and responsible for the Compensation and Benefits function Design and improve the Learning and Development, employee engagement and build competitive employee remuneration scheme Support and drive HR Transformation initiatives, including human resources processes and systems upgrade, reviewing and improving internal policies Working closely and Influence internal and external stakeholders Support ad hoc projects if needed Reporting to the Board and leading a small team Solid Human Resources experiences in MNC, preferably in Commodities Trading/ Financial Services or related industries are highly preferred Excellent communication and business partnership skills Strong stakeholder management and leadership experiences
