Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager- Injection Molding- Thermoplastics- Minisota Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Plant Manager or similar leadership role in a thermoplastic injection molding manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and related machinery. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Thorough understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.Proven track record of achieving production targets and meeting quality standards. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource management. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the thermoplastic injection molding industry.
