Government relations/PRO coordination/external recruitment agency coordination HR budgeting, HR policies & procedures revamp/compliance, HRMS Talent management, Succession planning, performance management, Manpower planning HR operations such as business-as-usual process management - such as employee relations, disciplinary/grievances management, exit process etc
