Talent Acquisition Head

Job Description : TA HEAD UAE a very large holding group ( with multiple business interest in Middle East) based across middle east is looking at hiring a TA head. We are looking for professionals who have the following skills and experience: 1. We are looking for professionals from similar holding group/ family organisations. Who have focussed largely on TA 2.Should have handled work force planning extensively across group level 3.Stake holder management across groups which include manpower planning 4.Hiring Cost optimisation 5.Setting up shared service COE for TA 6. Innovation and technology . This role will not have any HR functions as they have a very strong HR leader. We would not process resumes that talks a lot about HR as this is a pure play TA role. Based in Dubai / Salary 45K. Professionals with Middle East experience will only be considered.
