Distribution Head

Job Description : Head of Distribution Division Location: Bahrain One of the largest healthcare group in GCC currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented professional to join our dynamic team in Bahrain as the Head of our Distribution Division. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to and shape the growth of our diverse categories including Nutraceuticals, Beauty, Personal Care, and Home Healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage distribution channels including modern trade, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, department stores, and travel retail. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and ensure sustainable profitability. Manage P&L for the division with full accountability. Lead, coach, and manage a diverse team to ensure operational efficiency and the achievement of strategic objectives. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure the implementation of effective marketing strategies that align with distribution objectives. Maintain and foster positive relationships with all business partners and stakeholders. Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in our operations. Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior role in distribution, preferably within Nutraceuticals, Beauty, Personal Care, and/or Home Healthcare industries. Demonstrable experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on performance management and development. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
