Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO GHANA American company looking to enter market Chief Financial Officer The company operates eight food processing plants. The CFO is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Ideal candidates will have the following: • BS Degree and an MBA • Impeccable integrity • Must have experience leading finance and or accounting or controllership in a food company over multiple manufacturing locations • Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing leading accounting and/or finance • Large blue chip and private company experiences is a huge plus ilk • Must be able to partner with ownership on projects • Strong business acumen Open to hiring locals or expats, local and regional experience mandatory
