Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw material inventory to meet production demands. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Performance Analysis: Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvements. Reporting: Prepare production reports for management review. Qualifications and Skills: 10 years of experience in food production, with expertise in bakery, ready-to-eat foods, fruits and vegetables, and butchery products.
