Job Description : TRADE MARKETING MANAGER KENYA FOR FMCG objectives. *Tracking and improvising channel program specific objectives to drive business growth from these program outlets. *Designing BTL activities in coordination with Sales team to amplify visibility and reach. *Helping the marketing team in developing and executing all brand initiatives at a Country level, which will help drive both product awareness & brand equity. *Planning and executing activations across the region to enhance the Brand salience, ensuring Brand visibility in the retail outlets *Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link Field Force with all Marketing activities . *Increase effectiveness of BTL activations by ensuring 100% strategy execution. *Develop and deploy TM strategies for NPD launches - Plan & Align Go to Market Strategy and Implement the same and track. *Analyze the Channel wise and category wise output of the sales in each location to *initiate the strategies to improve the overall sales of the product. *Continuously study consumer data collected through market research and BTL activities to analysze effectiveness and result of each activity. *Developing new markets for promoting our Brands, conducting sampling activities. *Providing productive data inputs to Field force to drive numeric and Weighted distribution *Implementation of Planogram as per agreed norms.
