Job Description : COO - Pharmaceuticals Location - India Age Group - 40-50 Years The person should be M. Pharm. / B. Tech / Ph.D. / MBA (Pharmacy/ Pharmacy Technology/Operations) Should have minimum 25 Years’ experience in Pharma Industry This position reports to the Board of Directors. The role is to lead a team of senior pharma professionals in multiple disciplines and ensure quality delivery on projects / manufacturing / supply / technical services and all techno-commercial activities. Responsible for leading & managing pharma technical services and manufacturing operations. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) Managing growth initiatives, implementing, and driving policies. Travel to various location in India and abroad shall be required. Should have sound technical understanding of Pharma Fundamentals. Techno-commercial acumen. Coordination, planning and organization abilities. Should have Computer Proficiency. Mature, good listener and ability to effectively manage people. Proficiency in English communication
