Job Description : CFO MEXICO We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the financial operations of a prominent B2B company operating in Mexico and Brazil. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the financial operations of a subsidiary within a larger group. The organization specializes in providing innovative payment solutions and services, with a focus on affiliated various establishments to accept a range of payment methods including credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), utility bill payments, and mobile top-ups. Responsibilities: Develop and validate budget structures while overseeing the management control team. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive and Group requirements. Analyze and provide insights on variances against previous years, quarters, and months. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and navigate legal complexities. Validate financial statements for Business Units according to IFRS standards. Analyze consolidated and combined financial data (WCR, Fixed Assets). Synthesize consolidated and combined financial statements (Shareholder's Equity, Cash Flow). Lead budget, forecast, and 3-Year Plan development. Formulate an integration strategy with the Shared Service Center. Design a robust FP&A function to provide strategic insights for decision-making. Generate business reports and actionable insights to drive informed business decisions. Establish clear separation between Controllership and FP&A functions. Identify manual processes and drive automation initiatives. Develop Financial Year Plan, Revised Plan, and Budget. Spearhead cost efficiency strategies and drive EBITDA improvement. Oversee monthly Flash and Closing processes. Collaborate with Headquarters and regional finance teams. Present financial information at staff meetings, team backs, and Business Review Meetings. Experience/Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in similar roles. Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development. Required Skills: Finance or Accounting Degree Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Oracle and other Finance ERPs.
