Vice President Finance

Job Description : Global Vice President of Finance job has arisen in a leading technology firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. This is a critical role and you will responsible for all financial operations of the company globally. This role provides business and financial guidance to the global and local executive teams, collaborates with other departments and ensures compliance with policies and statutory requirements globally. Lead the global finance and accounting team including all aspects of accounting, financial analysis and reporting, and tax compliance Own use of all accounting systems, including implementation and integration of new tools to promote efficiency & scalability Develop and implement new processes for analysis of customer contracts, audit preparedness and global treasury Develop and implement career trees to maximise the professional development and career paths of finance and accounting team members University degree or equivalent in a related field 10+ years experience in senior financial roles, preferably within large/ international corporate organisations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Agile, commercial curiosity and business acumen Exceptionally strong leadership
