Job Description : GENERAL DIRECTOR VIETNAM The General Director (GD) holds complete accountability and power to oversee the operational activities of the company, ensuring the achievement of its goals in a competent and effective manner. This role directly report to Group Directors and the Group chairman. Create and execute strategic plans to propel business growth and accomplish company objectives Detect fresh market prospects and formulate effective strategies for the expansion of the company within Vietnam Instil a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ongoing enhancement across the organisation Identify and pursue novel business prospects, including strategic alliances, client acquisitions, and innovative value-added products or services Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement efficient Go-To-Market approaches Offer regular updates and reports to Group Directors concerning business performance and growth ventures Manage engagement with stakeholders and oversee the strategy's execution within the team Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows across all departments Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate company performance and guide data-driven decisions Introduce effective processes and systems to elevate operational efficiency, customer contentment, and overall productivity Define yearly objectives for the company and its executive management group and take responsibility for achieved outcomes Collaborate with senior management on strategic undertakings Supervise company policies, regulations, protocols, and systems Lead sales and business development endeavours to stimulate revenue growth and enhance market influence. Foster robust relationships with pivotal clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention Identify emerging trends and market needs to refine and develop product strategies and offerings Propel comprehensive business expansion and revenue generation in alignment with company goals Formulate and execute sales and commercial strategies to fulfil sales targets and amplify profitability Mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and assistance for goal achievement Fortify relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring elevated customer gratification Monitor industry trends, competition, and sector developments to pinpoint growth prospects Provide effective leadership, direction, and mentorship to a diverse professional team, cultivating a favourable and collaborative workplace Establish transparent performance objectives and expectations for staff, regularly evaluating their achievements and delivering constructive input Identify training and growth requisites, enacting programs to enhance team skills and capabilities Craft and manage the annual budget, guaranteeing the attainment or surpassing of financial targets Monitor expenditures, earnings, and profitability, instituting cost-management measures when necessary Prepare regular financial forecasts and reports for senior management and stakeholders Oversee and optimise the company's profit and loss dynamics Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous Accumulated experience of 18+years in the ERP consulting industry or Business Consulting sector, with a primary focus on B2B sales and commercial activities Remarkable leadership acumen, demonstrated through a minimum of 10 years in comparable leadership roles like General Manager/Director, overseeing teams of over 100 professionals, displaying the capacity to motivate and uplift groups Profound knowledge and grasp of cloud applications, particularly ERP, CRM, Business, and digital transformation consultation within the Vietnamese market, encompassing insights into industry trends, competitive landscape, and client requisites Established history of accomplishing sales objectives, propelling revenue expansion, and broadening market presence Capability to oversee profit and loss dynamics and formulate strategic business choices Remarkable negotiation and adeptness in managing relationships Robust analytical and proficiency in problem-solving Exceptional aptitude in communication, networking, and delivering presentations Sound troubleshooting and consultative competencies are imperative Superior communication and interpersonal proficiency
